Bibliography

Due to the lack of hard-line scholarship on Paw-Paw French, there is very little academic literature to review about the dialect, and even CarriĂšre's 1939 study is almost exclusively a compilation of folktales. As such, many of the sources consulted are online news articles, in addition to Rosemary Hyde Thomas's textbook, my primary resource for linguistic analysis of the dialect. A document containing a list of sources can be found here.
